Today my little Jake is 5! I can't believe how fast he is growing.
We love you Jake!! You are such a sweet boy. I love to watch you with Austin and Emma. I can tell you love them very much. You are a great big brother. You have a wonderful imagination and tons of energy. Jake you are such a smart boy and I love to watch you learn new things.
